Recovery Zone Session (30–60 min) — $20
The Recovery Zone is a guided recovery session using one or more of the following modalities, selected based on your needs:

Compression Therapy (Normatec) — reduces swelling, clears muscle fatigue, improves circulation

Vagus Nerve Stimulation — shifts your nervous system from stressed to calm; ideal for anxiety, burnout, and poor sleep

Heat Therapy — relaxes muscle tension, improves circulation, reduces stiffness

Best for: post-training recovery, stress and burnout, general muscle soreness, or anyone whose body needs a reset without a full treatment session.

Recovery Zone - 30-60min

Red Light Therapy Session (15 min) — $20

Red light therapy uses clinically studied wavelengths of light to work at the cellular level — stimulating your mitochondria, reducing inflammation, promoting tissue repair and collagen production. Red light directly triggers the repair process inside the cell.

Best for: chronic pain, slow-healing injuries, nerve symptoms (burning or tingling), recurring injuries, post-surgical recovery, persistent fatigue, poor sleep, post-viral symptoms, or any condition where tissue repair is needed at a deeper level.
